How long does it take for me to receive my order?

If USPS is running on schedule. Typically 3-5 business days. Please check your email as you will get a USPS tracking number. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folders.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you already received a tracking number. Chances are it is too late as we ship extremely fast. However you can try by clicking on “contact us” fill out the form to send us a message.

How do I track the status of my order?

Go to “my account” or check your email for the USPS tracking number.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We use a secure payment gateway. They use your information to process the charge of your order, so we do not see any of your payment information..

IMPORTANT - Video record unboxing your order!

It is very important that you video record the opening of your order delivery. Using a phone or any video recorder. Please record showing the shipping label for 3 to 5 seconds. Then show all 4 sealed sides of the box or package. Then record the opening of the package. THen record taking all items out of the package and laying on a flat service. This is the only way, we will consider sending out a replacement. No exceptions. We will not stand for fraud. We already had a person showing us just the bag, out of the package. THIS DOES NOT COUNT! you must show the entire sealed package on all side and then of you opening it and pulling out the contents. no pauses or editing of video. You can upload it to google drive and share the link or youtube.

What is your returns policy?

Due to raw ingredients being perishable. We do not accept returns on raw ingredients.

I received the wrong item

Make sure every order that you receive from us, that you video record yourself opening the package while the video recorder is recording. If You received a wrong item, you must upload the unboxing video to us. If it is too big to send you can upload it to google drive, dropbox and send us a link. Make sure the video shows the shipping label for about 5 seconds, then you opening the box and still while recording show the contents of the packages without taking the camera away from the package.

My order arrived damaged

If your order was sent via USPS priority mail, please contact them as there is insurance on the package. If not priority mail, then. [Make sure every order that you receive from us, that you video record yourself opening the package while the video recorder is recording. Not if you received a tracking number. It is already on the way.
