DO Make an Unboxing Video!
- For every order you receive from us. Please make an unboxing video. As it is the only acceptable proof if there is an error with your order and/or damage etc.
- To make an unboxing video. Take your cell phone and use the video recording feature.
- Start by showing the shipping label with your address clearly shown. Stay there for 5 seconds and move the camera around the box to show all 4 sides and that it is still taped up. As you just received it from us.
- Next, never take the camera off the package's view. Never pan away from the package.
- Record the opening of the package and slowly pulling the contents out. Never panning away from the package or items inside.
- Shoe a clear shot of your packing slip and items inside.
- It may seem tedious. Or you may be saying, "why bother?" It is important and the only way we will even look at proof of an error made.
- After doing it several times. It will become very simple and less time consuming than the first time.
As all of our products are from nature. Please be sure to rinse off seeds and discard the rinse water down the drain or also outside in a garden is fine too. As some of our seeds may contain alkaloids that can be harmful and even deadly if consumed in large quantities. Proceed with caution. DO not store our seeds near pets or children.
